So to start a little about us. We are Mum (Melanie 33.5), Dad (Richard 30.5), Sam (5), Alex (3), Jessica (2) and Missy the dog (9months). We run our own online businesses which we started in october 2010 and so far are going really well. We are in the process of expanding at the moment, but im sure all will be relvealed as time goes on.
So what are the businesses - The Little Dot Shop (www.thelittledotshop.co.uk) is an online store selling baby and toddler clothing and accessories. Some really cute stuff! We also have Cross Comms Distribution (www.crosscommsdistribution.co.uk) this is compter stuff and memory card, mobile phone accessories that sort of thing!
the rerason for the blog really is to just document what its been lke starting a business with three young children, the ups and the downs. maybe one day i will read back and laugh!!
So here we are in our portacabin office. Richard is currently helping Jessica have a poo in the sink whilst Alex watches on (we have no toilet)! Thats what life is like for us, never normal...but then what is normal. Maybe in some families all children have a poo in he sink! Dont panic, said poo is being bagged up and taken off site.
